• Processing Time
  We check our inventory daily to ensure that we have enough stock for each product. Order processing time ranges from 1 - 5 business days, depending on the customization options selected and the number of orders in the queue.

*Please understand that the sex doll is a custom product that is made to order according to the customer's specifications. While we strive to ship within the above time frame, the processing time may be slightly longer in special cases.

  Delivery time from Asia

• Standard shipping
  First, our custom dolls take 3-7 days to complete production. Then they are shipped from our factory to the customer's country by sea container ship, and then picked up by the courier. Once your package is released and inspected, we will arrange local transportation, and then your courier tracking number will be changed to active status and sent to your address. The latest delivery takes 4-7 weeks (due to congestion at the Vancouver Port in Canada, Canadian delivery time may take 8-9 weeks).
• Expedited shipping
  It takes 3-7 days for the factory to produce the doll and 10-15 days to deliver to the customer's address.

Due to the particularity of Canadian shipping, the shipping logistics status of Canadian orders is not open for freight inquiry, so there will be 30-40 days that customers cannot view the logistics status, but our company can query through the transportation system. If you order an order for Canadian transportation, please contact us to check the logistics status.
