• If the package has been signed, the customer will give feedback on the situation that it has not been received. If the signature service is not purchased, the claim will not be given, and the POD signing proof can only be provided. If the check is needed, the proof that the goods have not been received can be provided before the check can be applied (door monitoring can be provided, etc., the check may not be successful).

Upon receipt of the goods

• If the packaging and products are damaged, please reject them directly. If you sign for them, you need to provide photos of the outer box + photos of the outer box label + photos of the damaged products in time (compensation will be given according to the extent of damage. If the products are damaged to the extent that they cannot be used, they can be reissued to the customers free of charge or a full refund). If the product is not returned without feedback after signing, the refund will not be given if the product is not available for inspection in the warehouse, and the customer needs to bear the return fee
